Custer State Park and Wind Cave National Park

そのあと同じブラックヒルズの中の別の二つの公園にも行きました。中でもカスター州立公園の中にあるニードルズアイという場所がみんな気に入りました。一番高い部分にあって岩だらけのところでみんな自由によじ登っています。ちょっと怖かったけど、子どもは大喜びでもっと登りたいという感じでした。子どもってすごい景色を見るよりもそこで活動する方が興味にあるんだなとわかりました。綺麗な景色には全然興味がない！ウィンドケイブでは75分の洞窟を歩くツアーに参加してみました。地下20階まで歩いて降りていきます。子どもたちがんばったー。あさひはよく寝てくれて助かりました。
We also drove through two parks after that. All are part of Black Hills. We loved Needles Eye. It is the highest part of Custer and rocky. Kids loved climbing on them. I got really nervous but they just kept going. I learned kids do need hands on activities. They get bored by even watching amazing view. In Wind Cave, we took the 1 1/4 hour tour walking in the cave. We walk down 200ft deep. It’s like 20 stories down from the ground. It is the dry cave and looked different from the other caves we’ve been. Kids did very well including Asa who slept in baby carrier.
