Moving extravaganza

 1月の終わりに家探しに行くまでランチレディの仕事をしてました。なかなか良い経験でした。飛行機代が高くなったのでどうしようかなと思っていたけど、やっぱりみんなで行って家を探してきました。ユタに着いたのが火曜の夜で、水曜から家を見に行ったのですが、その日の夜にちょうど新しい家が出てきました。その家がゴージャスな家ではないのだけど、わたしたちが必要だねと言っていたものが全てある家でした！そして結果としてはその家が買えたのです。それだけでなく、引っ越しの過程でも大雪で飛行機がキャンセルになったり引っ越し屋が電気壊したり一悶着がある中で奇跡と神様の愛を感じる経験をなりました。ミネソタの大好きなものに別れを告げて引っ越すのは寂しかったけど、(特にけのにとっては辛すぎた様子)ユタのことも同じくらい好きになれると確信しています。

I quit my job right before we went house hunting trip at the end of January. Airfare got so expensive but we had to see the house as family. We flew to Utah on Tuesday and started seeing houses on Wednesday. On the evening, there came the house that has everything on our list. It is not the glamorous house but had everything we needed, and that’s the house that we were able to buy later on! I felt so blessed. During moving process, there were some unexpected events like snow storm canceled our flights and moving company broke the light switch. Even those became the time to reflect God’s love and care. We had to say goodbye to all we love in Minnesota and moved to Utah. We still love Minnesota to pieces and I feel that we will love Utah just like that.
