ひな人形

お正月が終わってからクリスマスツリーを片付け、お母さんが送ってくれた豆雛を出しました。全部で２０センチほどのかわいらしいお雛様です。それも今日でおしまい！昨日はゆりちゃんと雛祭りと結婚の話（女雛＝お姫様＝お嫁さん）してました。ちゃんと貝のお吸い物も作ったけどわたし以外からは不評だったので来年は作らないでしょう。二月には旧正月のお祝いとだいき初めての雪だるま作りもありました。
It's already March! Our Japanese princess doll has to go back to storage again... I set her and other dolls out for a month to celebrate the girl's day March 3rd. My mom sent them for us last year. They are so tiny, about the size of thumb. Yuri and I talked about happy marriage as we looked at them. For celebration we eat clam soup and chirashi-zushi. Clam means to find a perfect husband like it's shells fit perfectly together. Well, my family, except me, didn't like it. So I'm not sure I will make it again... In February we celebrated Chinese New Year and we finally made a snowman for Daiki!! He was so excited and kept eating snow...
