Yuri

生まれました！

１月２６日の夜１０時に陣痛が始まって、２７日の朝２時１５分頃に病院について３０分で生まれました。とっても早く進んでありがたかったです。今回は麻酔を使わずに自然分娩することにして、ヒプノベイビーズを練習していました。ヒプノベイビーズは自分に催眠をかけることで陣痛を乗り切ろう、というもので、痛みに集中するのを避けることができてわたしには効果的でした。腰の骨が一気に広がるのを感じられて感動しました。

ゆりちゃんは大きな声で泣きました。

生まれてきてくれてありがとう。

名前は“野のゆりを考えてみなさい”、という救い主の山上の垂訓から名付けました。

主がゆりちゃんを美しく装ってくださいますように。

She was born on 1/27.

Labor went very quickly this time. I didn't use anastasia but had practiced Hypnobaby that was self-hypnosis for giving birth. It helped me focusing on the good part. It was hard of course but I'm glad that I made it! She came just right time. One day after my mom arrived and throughout all process Keno was sleeping. I'm glad that, otherwise I couldn't bear contraction. My hypnosis needed to be quiet. She was born in 30 minutes after arriving at hospital. I am grateful for all this experience. It was amazing.

We named her after the song, "Consider the Lilies" which is after the teaching of the Lord. Yuri means a Lily in Japanese. We prayed that the Lord make her beautiful as long as she trusts him.

She made us so happy! Keno has been a very good big brother.
